Fostering academic confidence, early language fluency, numeracy depth, and collaborative team play.
In our Nursery program, we transition from purely play-based sensory activities to structured, inquiry-led educational frameworks. Blending elements of the British EYFS with the Nigerian curriculum guidelines, we focus on establishing early reading habits, counting skills, and emotional stability.
We believe that learning is most permanent when it is active, and our classes use digital boards, tactile counting kits, and storytelling stations to keep pupils fully engaged and excited about knowledge.
Using synthetic phonics templates, children learn to associate letters with sounds, blend simple sounds, and read three-letter words. Storytelling times focus on reading comprehension, story structure, and verbal vocabulary enlargement.
Pupils build logic through counting objects, sequencing numbers, and recognizing patterns. We avoid rote memorisation, using hands-on sorting blocks to teach spatial relations, sizes, weights, and quantity.
Equally key is social readiness. Children learn to follow instructions, share with peers, resolve mild conflicts, and speak up confidently in class. Weekly creative expression classes focus on painting, singing, and basic coordination dances.
